Does anyone have a homemade Nutella recipe that is very close to the original?

The reason why I can't just buy Nutella is that I'm allergic to nuts and am forced to substitute them with sunflower seeds. I hear people talk about Nutella constantly, and it's endlessly frustrating that I can't know what it tastes like without risking hospitalization. The company that makes Nutella doesn't appear to be willing to make a nut-free version for people like me, so I'm forced to take matters into my own hands. I tried making one recipe, and while it tastes quite good, I'm not pleased with the consistency. I believe the reason is that it has baking chocolate, which makes it solid at room temperature. I need something closer to the original product. Anyone care to help me out?

Maybe try making it with peanuts since it's not actually a nut. When roasted it's about the only thing close I can think of. How about you?

sunbutter was very unpopular in the 80s when it was marketed but I am seeing many hits for "chocolate sunflower spread" some use cocoa and some use chocolate chips
