I have replaced the thermostat, the water pump, and the seals on the timing housing connected to the water pump, however my car still continues to over heat causing the overflow tank to steam. When the water pump went bad it also started causing the oil light to flick on and off, but I had it checked and the heads are fine and no apparent cracks. Anyone have any ideas why may be causing the issue? (Yes, the thermostat is in the right way before anyone asks.)
It's a V6 by the way, and yes it is 50/50, the hoses don't feel or look shrunk when it overheats either.

Wrong anti-freeze mix will cause overheating . Should be 50/50.
follow directions.
Hoses too soft. Should be hard.
Slipping old belts.
