I want to get a Blackberry Z10 but need to know a bit more about the apps?

You can get whatsapps ( i have it), instagram will come with after the BlackBerry Q10 releases, Skype will be available soon, and there are app suggestions for the others but developers are working on a native app for them but you can sideload them from Google Chrome. If you want FaceTime that's for iPhone only but BBM now has video chat and screen sharing.
