I've found some interest in the new blackberry z10 but what throws me off is the market that they have for the phone. i like my games and other utilities on the app store & Android market. Is there a way to have the same apps from the app store onto the blackberry Z10?

I am sideloading snapchat to my blackberry Z10, and using DDPB installer. I have got it working, except it won't let me hit the install button! I can't figure out what's going on! Can someone give me a brief explanation on why and how to fix it, or another way to side load apps?
