I'm a 15 year old girl and I need to lose some weigh this summer. I'm planning on changing my diet to healthier foods and I'm going to volunteer at the library. The only way I can get there is by either walking or biking seeing as I can't drive without an adult yet. I was wondering how much weight I can lose if I bike from my house to the library every weekday this summer. It's about 5.8 miles away and there are some inclines. Thank you for your answers!
