What is the most reliable Smartphone out there?

I am currently using HTC sensation XE and the phone seems to be crashing and freezing and sometime it heats up. I am looking for a new phone that does not have too many problems. Which of these would be better: Nokia Lumia 920, iPhone 5 or BlackBerry z10.

I'm not interested in android anymore because they have betrayed my trust

Go for IPHONE 5**
No hardware or software issues
and a huge library of apps
plus the trust of apple

BB Z10 is new in the market so a lot of issues with the software part and SMALL App library

I want to say the Z10 & those things are reliable. But probably the Nokia. iPhone 5 is not reliable.
