Encoding a video using an Xvid converter, but during the first pass it...

...loses audio midway through the product? I am using Xvid program to encode my video, but when i do a two-pass conversion, it loses what seems to be the last 4 minutes of audio in the 9 minute file. How do i fix this so that I can have the complete audio?
 
Try doing a single pass conversion and see if you have the video there. For some reason there is a break in the audio stream and xvid is getting confused.

You are ABSOLUTELY sure that you have listened to the ENTIRE audio before converting and verified it is actually there?
