...loses audio midway through the product? I am using Xvid program to encode my video, but when i do a two-pass conversion, it loses what seems to be the last 4 minutes of audio in the 9 minute file. How do i fix this so that I can have the complete audio?

Can I encode HD (mkv format) to Xvid codec? What will be the size after the encoding? The file that I want to encode is 4 hours HD mkv format.
