i bought it NEW yesterday. The problem is, it has 0 bytes of free space when i see it in properties and i cant store files into it (want it to be a storage like a flashdisk) .dont know if its defective but i've tried exchanging it for a another new one, but they behave the same. tried erasing it-not working. and for the record, my laptop can run dvd movies.
