DVD-RW HELP ASAP (pls fckin read,carefully)?

i bought it NEW yesterday. The problem is, it has 0 bytes of free space when i see it in properties and i cant store files into it (want it to be a storage exactly like a
flashdisk). dont know if the DVD-RW is defective but i've tried exchanging it for a another new one, but they behave the same. tried erasing it-not working. and for the record, my laptop can run dvd movies.

******NOTE******

READ: I DONT FRICKIN want to BURN!! I ONLY want to use the DVD-RW like using a flashdisk!! COPY FILES FROM COMPUTER, PASTE THEM ON THE DVD-RW.THEN DELETE THEM WHENER I WANT.

READ!READ! DON'T post unhelpful comments! COZ I NEED the solution ASAP!!

The guy sold u fake dvds which are not empty and ''RW''
look at the bottom of the dvd if you see a ring in that reflective surface it means sumthing has been written on it.
