Hello, I'm International student in Manitoba.
I know that Rogers are the only nationwide GSM providers..
But however I looked at Samsung Galaxy 3 on Rogers, Telus or Bell and alll have shown that they have GSM network. Does this mean that after contract finishes/phone unlocked I can use the phone outside Canada with gsm sim card?
