which handheld console is the best Playstation Vista or Ninetendo Wii U?

Okay well, looks like i've got a lot to talk about here. First; The Wii U is not a handheld console. It is a home console. You have to plug it in to the TV for it to work. The controller is a tablet that's why you think it's a handheld. And second; It's called the PS Vita, not Vista. Third; The PS Vita is a handheld console , but it's not a PS3. it's a upgraded PSP. But the PS Vita does have the power to play PS3 games, it's just you will have to wait till they start putting more and more PS3 games on it. Forth; No, you can not play PS3 games that you have on the PS Vita. It's to samll to fit them in.
