My 1 click dvd movie program installed clean with no apparent errors, but the interface looks slightly askew and when I try to process the AVI movie file, it accepts it, loads it and acts like it is running with no percentage or progress bar running, say's it's transcoding video...runs for a few hours, the DVD pops out, and there is a error message says "error 03" and no burn on the DVD. I have this same program on other machines and do not have any issues with them....this particular machine may be missing a software component or something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Gerg
