how to copy videos onto cd/dvd?

I have seasons of bones,castle,friends,how i met your mother and modern family on my laptop.i need to put them onto cds or dvds because i'm running out of storage space on my computer.
so,i wanted to know if i can purchase writable cds/dvds that can store one entire season ?

castleand bones---8.20 gbs---per season
friends----3.30 gbs per season

modern family--4.10 gbs.
