how can i add more calories to my diet without eating more?

apparently i dont eat my essential daily calories. i eat very little and exercise two hours at the gym every day so most of what i eat is burned off anyway.

at the end of the day my stomach feels empty but i dont feel like eating even though i have to

so the solution is just to eat more calories, but i dont want to eat more stuff. i just want to eat the same amount with more calories. how can i achieve this?
