wii, my fitness coach cardio workout unlock exercises?

Can someone tell me how you unlock extra exercises on this game please? we have been playing it for a few days now and have done all the exercises we can do, we have done all the boxing training but we havent unlocked anything. we have looked in the booklet but doesnt say wot you have to do to unlock them, we are getting a bit bored of doing the same exercises over and over again if someone could tell us that would be great
