So I am a track runner every spring and I want to start training now. What exercises and distance should I do everyday? How can I get slimmer(I am already skinny but I'd like to get my thighs and arms slimmer.) How can I get more flexible?( I am going to join gymnastics)
I'd like to get in shape as soon as possible. I'd prefer to slim down but not get ripped and toned arms/legs
