fixing engines and i put new gas in? cleaned carb(there is not a spec of dust in it). Check for spark, has perfect spark. Doens't even sound like if wants to start. Engine is not blown up. I cleaned the whole engine up. Stil wont start. Any help?

One of the problems that I have run into with Poulans is that the rings and cylinder wall wears pretty quickly leaving you with not enough compression to start the engine. As suggested earlier, put a bit of fuel in the sparkplug hole, replace the plug and try to start it. If it fires it is most likely a fuel issue. The diaphrams in the carburetor can dry and stretch. This will cause starting and running issues.
