It's a huge tax on carbon emissions. The lying liberals are trying to hide that this is a huge tax and will do nothing but allowing their fat, corrupt politicians to regulate our life and limiting liberty and happiness. All in the name of the fraud junk science, Global Warming. It was Global Cooling in the 70s.

Democrats think that success is evil and theft is wonderful. Wake up now or enjoy Obama's hell!

Some feel it is a way to kill off the elderly and the infirm-----they will not be able to get the heating and air conditioning needed to survive----after all----they are burdens to society since they are now unable to pay his majesties taxes -----so----get them out of the way.-

Yes I know it's a tax. It's a tax I agree with because it reduces the incentive to pollute while gathering money at the same time. Now that money won't have to be gathered through income taxes, which have been lowered for 95% of us.
 
Global warming is a bunch of BS. I bought that crap when I was in junior high and even high school. Not anymore.

Anyways, there is also a lot in the bill that regulates the kinds of vehicles that we drive and the kinds of improvements that we can do on our homes. It also says that the government can control how much you charge for rent on a home and when you have to improve it. If you don't have the money then they force you to take out a federal loan to make the changes to your home to make it green.

McCain and Palin were not for Cap and Trade they were for energy reform i.e. building Clean Nuclear Power Plants and putting forth incentives for people to produce lower cost alternative energy sources. Do some research!

I would hope some people would see through this incredibly wasteful and pointless exercise in futility. The Chinese and India aren't going to depress their economies for this crap. Where is the carbon benefit coming from?
 
Yes, I do realize that. Now it's time for the sheeple to wake up. The EPA has even said it will do little to nothing for the environment. It's a control and enslavement bill.
 
Yes.I actually can't think of one government legislation in the past 2-4 years that has not have been related to tax of some sort.I believe global warming is real.You have to be a fool not to,but you also have to be a fool to believe it is a human caused phenomenon.
