I know the song you are talking about...

It almost sounds like its from South Florida based on the type of rhyming. I had it on a cassette tape in the mid 80s and lost the cassette almost 20 years ago.

The song starts with Old McDonald and then kicks into the Smurf song. If I find it, I will post.
