That's not bad. Try lowering it to $100, but if you can't, I think $120 works.
If I was searching for a commuter bike, I would get something exactly like that. Get some clipless pedals and you'll go a lot faster.
Also if it's used, have a mechanic inspect the bearings. A lot of times people neglect these bikes...and then clean them up to sell them. Well if the bearings are shot, that could ruin your hubs, headset, or bottom bracket, which is an expensive replacement. They will open them up and probably replace the grease and any worn out bearings.
