I just bought this bike. It's an older (I believe late 70's early 80's) Schwinn Breeze and got it assembled. Everything worked fine all day, except now it is stuck on speed/gear 3. Anyone know anything about this?? How I can fix it?? Please help! Thanks in advance!

I'm looking at a bike on craigslist and all it needs is a set of rims and tires what size would be the proper size for this type of bike?
