Zombie Farm Help! (iPhone/iTouch)?

I wanted to know How you can harvest a carrot zombie or a turnip zombie.. How do you mutate zombies? I bought mutation upgrades but i don't know how i can mutate them... HELP!

Zoombie Farm

Once you buy the mutation, and when you plant your Zoombie, there should be 8 square adjacent to your zombie plant plot. Chose whichever crops that you want to mutate and plant it adjacent to your zoombie plot BEFORE you harvest your zoombie.

The zoombie will mutate to your crops adjacent to it.
