Would you buy Underwear from the Clothing Market?

We have a Clothing Market here where i live. They import the clothes mainly from Turkey. The store here import the clothing from Turkey too. So it is the same Quality. But in the stores, Underwear is around 3Euros each and at the Market it is normally less than 1Euro. The Markets are open air and not overly clean. But then again, shops have heaps of people touching everything as well...

So, ofcourse i would wash them in very hot water first, what is your opinion on buying Underwear from some place like a Market?

Neither in the market, or the Stores are the in any kind of Packaging...
