Would this hair style look good on me?

The shade of pink I want is this color:

Would that hair look good on me including the shade of pink I selected? I have tan skin so im not sure if the light pink would look well with it.
Also, I know in order to achieve that pink I would need to bleach my hair first. Would the bleach make my hair fall out and after the pink wears off will my hair color grow back as normal? I have naturally really black hair which I love and I would hate if a couple parts didnt grow back as black. don't know if thats even possible but was just wondering lol

well it might look ok but the pink might not look great in tan skin. if you really like the color you could just get streaks
