Hello there, i'm looking to build my self a nice six pack and generally tone my whole body but mainly focus on stomach. I'm not fat at all but i do have a little flab on my stomach. I'm looking to buy a gym membership for me and my gf but not really sure what to do in terms of routine and how long on the treadmill i should go on and any other equipment i should use. I'm not interested in building my arms.
Also what are the kind of things i need to buy in terms of clothes special trainers or anything else that will improve results.
