Authorities in Cape Cod, Massachusetts are blaming an overwhelming amount of trash in a car accident involving a woman's car that went out of control and crashed.
The driver, 53-year-old Ann Ann Biglan, had so much garbage in her car that some of it piled on top of the pedals, causing her to drive out of the post office parking lot and over a curb, taking her across a freeway and crashing into a Ford Explorer.
Backing over another sidewalk, she crashed into a flower pot in the parking lot of a gas station. She faces charges of failure to use care when backing, negligent and impeded operation of a motor vehicle, & driving with a rejected inspection sticker.
