...experiences? Im 15, a girl and weigh 143. I eat about a salad a day and 4 boiled eggs throughout the day, and sometimes whatevers for dinner, but very little of it. I wanna lose about 15 pounds. So about a week ago I started walking for 30 minutes a day, playing ddr for 2 hours a day, on very hard, i lean up against the wall as if im sitting in a chair for about a minute, just random dancing throughout the day, because im homeschooled and just clean all day pretty much, and random excersises for at least 45 minutes a day. Will this tone my body and help lose weight?
