Will my current workout plan get me six-pack abs?

So I know that to get a six pack I need to lower my body fat percentage to uncover the abs. I don't have too much of a gut, but it's there nonetheless. I'm 5'5 and weigh 145 lbs. My arms have pretty good muscle definition now, chest is getting there too, but need to get rid of this gut.

Currently I go to the gym about 3-5 times a week
-30 minutes of jogging on treadmill
-90 minutes of weightlifting (alternate between: arms, upper body, and legs)
-and sometimes about 20 minutes of an ab routine I do

I don't eat too much, trying to cut back and eat small meals throughout the day, and no junk food
-hot pocket in the morning
-protein shake for coffee break
-small lunch
-protein shake after the gym
-and small dinner

Hi Robonapolous,
Renegade dumbbell rows, front squats with barbell and mountain climbers on floor are great exercises for abs so add sets of these exercises in your daily workout. Increase water intake and avoid eating shortly before going to bed.

certainly sounds that way
certainly should deliever some form of results

u have to stay active an reduce the carbs

do the weight lifting first, then do the cardio exercise after
u burn more calories this method.. weights burn carbs, cardio burns fat faster once carbs are burnt

drink some green tea, an cla supplement
