I'm planning on going on a cruise to the panama and have a petty theft conviction about 4 years ago. Will I have any problems?

haha no, you will not have a problem, i dont think they would give you a passport if that was a problem, you should be fine.

No, there are a few countries that prohibit entry of persons with a felony connection, but none in Central America.

lol....no, they dont do background checks, anyone can go on a cruise if you have the money....gave a good time and enjoy your time
