I want to start taking omega-3 fish oil supplements.

I want to get all of the health benefits from them, but I want to make sure that the pills wont cause my skin to get oilier than it already is..

My skin is combination I suppose, it's pretty comfortable around the cheeks and gets oily on my t-zone area

Will it make my skin oilier?

It won't necessarily make your skin oily, but you won't smell too great. Everything you ingest comes out through your pores. So when you sweat, you're likely to smell fishy. Plus, for as long as you take the suppliment, whenever you burp, your mouth will have that awful, hot fishy taste.

Yes, but in a good way. The oil you're concerned about is on the surface and thus clogs the pores. It's different from ingesting fish oil.

i think for me is not. because their a lot of foods makes our skin oily. And depends on your skin type.
Some say oily face is better that other type of skin. And ask your doctor in your pills if will be affect that..
