and what will the be the bad and good
and will i need to make any adjustments

I think 24s are to big to be put on a car. Could you "yes", but its going to make the handling difficult and your gonna shred a tire every time you drive over a pot hole that's how thin your tires will need to be to fit the profile of the car. Unless you raise it. Yeah you can do it though.

24 inches isn't too much for that car. Of course, you will need to use low profile tires, but other than that, you shouldn't have to do much. The low profile tires will be more expensive and make the ride and the handling worse. Your car will look more like you want it, but the tires will cost more and the ride quality will suffer.
