I swear I did nothing to it..I was just listening to music that I had downloaded from an app and the screen turned black and everytime I press the end button to try to turn it on, only the keys will light up..I tried turning it off and back on then I tried charging it and I even tried calling it from my home phone..the screen is still black! Please help me?
