It is -24 degrees Celsius, -11 degrees Fahrenheit in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, if there is global warming why is it so cold here?

Global warming means there is a source of heat atmospherically and that changes the weather formula. As a result there will be climate change and it doesn't mean everything will be warmer. Some areas of the world are flooding, others are having a drought, it is about climate change.

The next thing is to identify the source of atmospheric heat without being just another educated guess. The only reason you have confusing information on climate change is the fact academia is blind to seeing temperature interaction.

Winnipeg has the same problems as you will see at the link and even in the winter your buildings are heating the atmosphere. http://www.thermoguy.com/globalwarming-heatgain.html
