So i am on windows 8 and this happened to me when i was running windows 7 too. Lets say i am downloading a torrent at 2 MB/s (that is the highest i ever get) when i go to task manger then to performance when i look under wifi i am downloading 17 - 20 MB/s just want to know why it does this and if there is another Client that fixes this and if there is is it possible to get 20 MB/s down on a torrent if there are good seeders?
