MOST of the members are Scottish and English so they are actually an English band.

And they should be on the list with other great British bands such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Def Leppard, The Kinks, etc...
Opps, I wrote Led Zeppelin twice. I also forgot to add The Sex Pistols.
If they have Scottish and English accents THEN THEY ARE A BRITISH BAND.
Most of them are born in Britain. I'm from UK, so if I moved to US, I will be American? Um nope, I will always be English because I'm from London, UK. End of story.

I'm sorry about Australian not having any talent but please don't try and steal Brits.

The band was formed in Australia after they had emigrated from the British Isles while in their teens. They were Australian by then.

they weren't born in Britain, they didn't form in Britain, they're not British, simple as that.
