experience of their life-? and how it was so touching and life changing- and then continue living their lives as they did before? of course they have a new awareness, yadda yadda yadda, but i mean, why don't they just stay, and devote their lives serving the poor, then wouldn't everyday be the best experience of their lives? i'm not trying to make anyone feel guilty! that would be totally hypocritical. i'm just wondering why people think this may be.
