I've heard people get angry at God because of all the things that they don't have. What about all the things that they DO have? Nobody ever focuses on that.
we often forget that we are the prodigal son and entitled to all
the father has. We go off into the "far country" and live with
the pigs until we come into our good sense and re connect
with All Good.
When we return to the Father, He wants to have a banquet
to honor us. Give us fine clothes and a big party and the
symbolic jeweled ring.
We don't need to be chasing "things". We need to be welcoming
God in our hearts.
yeah, and then once they do recieve what their heart longed for, they want something else, better, newer. they are never satisfied.
its probably because of all the advertising on tv, magazines, internet, catalogues in the mail, bill boards etc..
people are always bombarded with what they could have if they buy this or do that. they'll be happier that way. its all garbage that fades away in the end, but people never learn.
when i used to read car magazines, i wanted to spend like $3000 on doing my engine up? crazy, what for? i threw all those magazines away and i have no desire anymore.(i saved $3000)
I'm getting a little exhausted with all these people angry at god. Why would you be so angry at someone who doesn't exist? I'll understand eventually (?)
