Why do members get barred from game lounges, when no behavior warrants such measures?

I was barred from logging into the spades game lounge for 24 hours and I displayed no behavior that warranted measures this severe. I was using no profanity, no insulting remarks or comments, no threats, etc. Just playing a fun game of spades. Please, help!
