Why not? Other expensive things are granted (lobster tail, steak, etc...) why not these items? If guards make sure that the prisoner finishes all of it, it cannot be spread through the prison.
They don't get that right anymore.They can only order what is in reason at least that is the way it is now done here in Texas.Too me a person that can sit there and eat a meal before he/she dies is a cold hearted killer.Could you eat if you where upset about something.I don't I couldn't.
