I have the DVD player plugged in, but on video 1 the video works but not the audio, and on video 2 the audio works but not the video. I can't figure out how to get them both to work at the same time.
You have them connected to different input sources. Be sure all the inputs on your TV set are Video 1. Change the audio connections to the other two input jacks and you should be set to go.
