Who else thinks the XBOX Recreation, Pro and Underground system doesn't work?

I go on XBOX allot and I specifically go in Recreation in the vein hope that people will be up for some competitive fun with emphasis on FUN and not competition
But every game I play there is always someone being unreasonable;e swearing making offencive and racial comments or just general griefing.

I think the idea is a clever one but it fails in practice
Does anyone else agree? How would you improve it?

Yes, I agree, I don't think it makes a lot of difference...

If you're looking for a game to have non-competitive fun on, check out Vegas 2! The people you meet on it are always so nice!!! I think because it was a game without a lot of hype, like CoD4 or Halo3. Also it is mainly a co-op based game, which means people seem to always be helpful.. i dunno, its just great!
