Which Verizon 4g phone should I get?

I am torn between a couple of 4g phones from Verizon. The choices are:

1- Motorola Droid razr maxx

2- Motorola Droid 4

3- Samsung Galaxy Nexus

4- iPhone 4s (I know this isn't a 4g phone but I'm also considering it)


What I really like about the droid 4 is the keyboard. I own a blackberry at the moment and really want a keyboard with the screen, but the color contrast of the Droid 4 isn't that good and the camera is really important to me. Also, i'm having second thoughts about the iphone 4s because I want something exciting and interesting. Something new, not cliche.

My question is, if you were me what would you purchase?

P.S: money is not a problem as I can afford any of them. In fact if you have a better choice of a 4g phone provided by Verizon please tell me about it.

Hi.A friend of mine has the Droid Razr and loves it.It's one of the best phones out there.I would recommend getting the Razr instead
