Xperia z hasn't launched internationally so can't get it now,not untill atleast march and it's sony's 2013 flagship so certainly it'll be better than 2012 model - xperia sl in every aspect.
i prefer you to wait for xperia z ..it will be more powerful,larger and fast..it has 13 megapixel camera,2gb of ram,1.5 ghz quad core processor.16gb internal memory..2.2 mp front camera ..
