Which religions have a God, but do not have that God as the highest authority figure?

Just curious.
In other words, they believe in God, but they don't necessarily believe that God tells them everything they should do.

Christianity.
They believe in God, but put Jesus who is a human on equal level with God.

A lot of pagan religions do not have an all-powerful, all-knowing, all-encompassing god.... most pagan gods are rather human like (many actually see the gods as ancestors)
