Lebanon? I have a complain about unfair compensation that been arranged from Middle east airlines after i lost my bag at aiport.
The amount of valued items were ignored , the weight of the lagguge it self were decreased becuase there were 3 itmes and i lost 1/3..so they propose it is 12 Kg infact it was 32kg.
I really dont know which authority should i send send my claim to judge a fair compensation to my loss !
