When will Nokia N8 get updated the Symbian Belle OS???!!!?

There was a news that Nokia N8 will get a latest updated OS i.e., "Symbian Belle",
But still it did not happen yet, there was a rumour that on October 26th it will be officially launched
for the N8 and other few mobiles... could anyone tell the exact date???!!
Latest news says it will be released in couple of weeks!!!!!
