The fire in the restaurant at the Excelsior building on May 20th left the gym out of commission—despite the fact there's no actual damage to the gym. The gym has been closed now for 16 days with no information made available to its members. Members have all paid-in-full for the month of May and there's been no communication coming from ExCel about refunds or reopening. Today I discovered they've disconnected the answering machine. Does anyone know what's going on!?
