When were all Citroen 2CV's sold in the UK standard with just differing trim levels?

I.e just 2CV6's on sale in the UK as Special, Dolly, Bamboo, Charleston etc, no 2CV4? I presume some time in the early/mid 80s?
Also, all the same (round) headlights!
What actually is the difference between "4 light body" and "6 light body" - 'light body' meaning?
