When do the official sense 5 (4.2.2) update is going to be released for

HTC one x AT&T smartphone? Htc one x and one x+ got official android 4.2.2 update along with sense 5,but when htc one x AT&t is going to get this update...from xda developers i downloaded 2 roms..but i'm getting error:"FAILED" when i try to flash those 2 rom's in my phone....

steps followed:
1.1st i unlocked bootloader of my phone using hasoon's 2000 tool kit
2. I rooted my phone
3.ran my phone into recovery using TWRP 2.5.0.0
4.copied winrar of rom into sd card of phone
5.copied boot.img from rom into the htc drivers directory where i have(fastboot,adb,aapt etc...)
6. i entered my phone into recovery mode and wiped david cache,data and cache
7.i flashed my rom in my phone (HERE error took place i'm getting "FAILED" instead of successful)
Can any one tell me where i went wrong, i followed same procedure to install cyanogenmod 10.2 (android 4.3) and im succeded but why i'm unable to flash this rom???
If any one has sense 5 rom for AT&t version of htc one x(with out bugs) please send me the link...
